James Lepp founded Kikkor Golf so that young golfers would not have to wear the same kinds of golf shoes that their fathers wore. Since 2010, Kikkor Golf has been delivering awsomeness to younger golfers with their men's and women's lines of casual, comfortable golf shoes.
Kikkor Golf is the brainchild of amateur and professional golfer, James Lepp. Lepp began golfing at age 4 and went on to golf for the University of Washington and won the 2005 NCAA men's individual golf championship. After several years of playing golf professionally, Lepp decided to turn his attention to addressing an issue that frustrated him and many other young golfers: the lack of awesome golf shoes. In 2008 he and some friends developed a concept for golf shoes with aesthetic qualities that appealed to golfers of their generation that also had the important functional features of traditional golf shoes, such as traction, stability, and waterproofing. In August of 2010, Kikkor Golf released their first golf shoes. One year later, Kikkor Golf had expanded to offer 22 styles of men's and women's golf shoes.
Kikkor Golf shoes feature Kikkor Komfort Foam technology, Hyper-light phylon midsoles, and polyurethane insoles. Most styles feature built-in Kikkor Grippors cleats as well as Q-lok Scorpion spikes from CHAMP.
